It is recommended that, if you wish your child's name placed on a waiting list for summer or fall, you should download the Registration Form (see printing info below) and mail it to the school of your choice, together with the $50.00 registration fee. Re-enrollment is guaranteed to families currently in the program, then priority is given to families who have returned a registration form, then to new families. You will want to be sure to schedule an appointment to bring your child to visit the school in order to complete the enrollment process.

You will need a REGISTRATON Form, MEDICAL Emergency Form AND a Summer Form for Registration.

Notes on Viewing and Printing

- The icon to the left signifies a document in Adobe Portable Document Fomat (PDF). In order to view these documents you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you download the newest Reader 6.0, you will be able to type on the form, then print it and mail it in. If you do not have the reader you may download it from the Adobe web site to your computer's hard drive and install it using the included instructions
